Tom Checks Out Valle de Bravo

Valle de Bravo wasn't anything like I expected. What a great Mexican culture and flying experience. We would get up in the morning and walk to the socalow (sp? town square) and have breakfast. Then back to catch the truck ride to launch at 10. Fly around for a couple of hours and try to make it back 8+ miles to the lake to land.
I made it 4 out of 6 times (flew 6 days in a row!!). At the lake kids would break down the glider for 15 pesos ($1.50) while I enjoyed a cold cerveza and talked to pilots from Russia, Poland, England, Canada, Germany, Holland, Mexico... etc. They came from all over the world.
